Initialement influencé par Walt Kelly (Pogo), Al Capp (Lil'Abner) ou encore Frank Frazetta, Frank Cho crée "Liberty Meadows" en 2006 et obtient rapidement un succès fulgurant.
Publiée en France sous le titre "Psycho Park", "Liberty Meadows" reste sa série majeure. Il travaille également sur "Marvel Knights Spider Man", "The mighty Avengers", réalise des couvertures pour "Red Sonja" et entame une nouvelle série à succès: "Jungle Girl" ("Shanna").

L'angélisme noir, le narcissisme, la révolte (ou la transgression), la série interminable de sujets éphémères dans lesquels Lautréamont-Maldoror se produit donne à ce livre une notoire et particulière unicité. Une lecture qui a inspiré bien sûr les surréalistes mais tant d’autres écrivains, poètes, musiciens. Comme par exemple Francis Ponge, Maurice Blanchot, Julien Gracq, Aimé Césaire, les Current 93 et d’autres Guy Debord. Les chants de Maldoror ont été maintes fois illustrés par des illustres peintres tels Dali ou Magritte. Dans ce cas, il s’agit d’un travail très contemporain fait de dessins en pixels qui rappelle un peu le rendu de gravures anciennes. Les dessins proposés par Tagliamani peuvent être didascaliques comme très libres.

Based on extensive research this work gives a detailed account and a reappraisal of Edward Westermarck's thought. Westermarck had versatile relations to Victorian evolutionists (Wallace, Tylor, Spencer), and to British social anthropologists (Frazer, Haddon, Rivers, Malinowski) and psychologists (Shand, Sully). Westermarck was a pioneer of anthropological fieldwork, and his writings on the history of marriage and on the origin and development of moral ideas are modern classics. He was a transitional figure between evolutionism, on the one hand, and functionalism and structuralism, on the other hand. Westermarck's theories of exogamy and incest, and his notions of psychological ethics, moral emotions and concepts, and expanding morality were referred to by Durkheim and Freud, as they are referred to by present-day evolutionary theorists. The search for mankind continues to be of current interest.

Efficiency of Income Redistribution through Agricultural Policy
Since government can use manifold policy instruments at various levels, which influence various social groups, the evaluation of the efficiency of income redistribution is not straight forward. The study in hand contributes to the literature by first applying a multimarket framework to recent theoretical developments in transfer efficiency analysis. A three-stage vertically-structured model including the bread grains market as well as agricultural input industries and the food processing industry is developed and econometrically estimated. This model and standard welfare measures are used to judge the Austrian agricultural policy. It is revealed that in addition to farmers, downstream and upstream industries benefit considerably from agricultural policy. Using nonlinear optimization procedures, it is shown that the applied policy is not Pareto efficient. Applying an optimal policy instead of the current one could Pareto improve the social state by 1.7 billion Austrian Shilling.
